Scope
You describe the part, the data you have, and what production needs. We answer with feasibility, approach, and a timeline before any work starts.
Mechanical design & documentation
TBB provides CAD design, technical documentation, and 3D-scan reverse engineering for engineering and production teams in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. You deal directly with the engineer working on your project, and work starts as soon as the scope is clear.
Services
Four services. Most projects need one; some run through all four.
Design capacity that plugs into your running project: sheet metal, steel construction, component development, revision work.
Complete drawing packages: views, dimensions, tolerances, and notes that production can work with as delivered.
Drawings built around the process that will make the part: laser cutting, bending, welding, CNC milling, CNC turning.
A part with no drawings goes through 3D scanning and comes back as an editable CAD model with a new drawing set.
How a project runs
Three steps, agreed up front.
You describe the part, the data you have, and what production needs. We answer with feasibility, approach, and a timeline before any work starts.
We model and document in your project's CAD system: Inventor, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or Navisworks Manage. Questions go straight to you; decisions come straight back.
You receive native CAD files, STEP exports, and drawing PDFs, matched to the production route.
Software
We work in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, and Navisworks Manage, in whichever environment your project already runs.
All capabilitiesNext step
Describe the starting point and the output you need. Before the work starts, you get a clear answer: can it be done, how, and by when.
