Controller
[REGISTERED COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS] — see the imprint for full details.
Email: office@tbb-cad.eu
What the contact form collects
When you submit the contact form we process the name, company, email address, and message you enter, together with your IP address and the time of submission.
The name, company, email address, and message are data you provide deliberately. The IP address and timestamp are recorded to limit automated abuse of the form.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use these details solely to answer your inquiry and, if it leads to work, to carry out the resulting project. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and in protecting this form from abuse).
Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your inquiry.
Where it goes
Your submission is transmitted to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards it by email to our office address. Our email is provided by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited), which processes the message as part of delivering our mail.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD] and then deleted, unless they have become part of a contractual relationship, in which case statutory retention periods apply.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers, advertising, fonts, or maps. Fonts are served from this site's own server.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard access data (IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser) in order to operate and secure the server, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, write to office@tbb-cad.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
